Terms of Service & Refund Policy

These Terms govern your use of TeenPatti Club (teenpatti.club, "the Service"), which sells in‑game currency top‑ups paid via USDT (TRC20). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to purchase in‑game currency in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for complying with your local laws.

2. Orders & Payment

Prices are shown in USDT. Payment is accepted only in USDT on the TRON (TRC20) network.
Each order shows a unique exact amount (including decimals). You must send that exact amount to the address shown, or the payment cannot be matched to your order.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Sending the wrong amount, wrong token, or wrong network may result in loss of funds that we cannot recover.
Unpaid orders expire after the time shown and are cancelled automatically.

3. Delivery

Delivery is automatic after your payment is confirmed on‑chain — usually within minutes. Your code/credit is shown on screen and saved in your account's order history (and emailed if you provided an email). It is your responsibility to provide the correct game platform and game account.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because payments are made in cryptocurrency and digital goods are delivered instantly, completed orders are non‑refundable.

Exceptions, handled case‑by‑case via support:

You paid but the order was not delivered due to our system error.
A confirmed duplicate payment for the same order.

We do not refund for wrong amounts/network sent by the user, wrong game account provided, or change of mind after delivery.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of the contact and game‑account details you provide. We may suspend accounts involved in fraud, chargebacks, or abuse.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, nor attempt to disrupt or reverse‑engineer the Service.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by incorrect payment details you provide, third‑party wallets/exchanges, or blockchain network issues.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.
