This Privacy Policy explains how TeenPatti Club ("we", "us", "the Service", operating at teenpatti.club) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website to purchase in-game currency top-ups. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: your email address and/or phone number (whichever you sign up with), and a display name if you provide one.
Login provider data: if you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive your name and email address from that provider. We never receive or store your social account password.
Game platform details: the game platform you choose (e.g. KK Teen Patti, Teen Patti GOLD) and the game account ID you provide, so we can deliver your purchase.
Order & payment data: order details, the USDT (TRC20) amount, and the on-chain transaction identifier used to confirm your payment. We do not collect or store credit-card or bank details.
Technical data: IP address, approximate country, browser/user-agent, visited page, and visit/login timestamps, used for security, fraud prevention, and aggregate traffic/referral analytics.
Optional checkout feedback: if you answer our one-time checkout survey, we store the reason you selected, any optional comment, the checkout step, and your selected/approximate country.

2. How We Use Your Information

To create and secure your account and verify your identity (including email/SMS one-time codes).
To process orders, confirm payment on the blockchain, and deliver your purchase.
To send transactional messages such as delivery receipts and verification codes.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.
To measure website traffic and referral performance, including visits and unique IP counts by country and referral source.
To understand checkout difficulties and improve payment options by country.

3. How Information Is Shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service:

Cloudflare — hosting, security, and database.
Google Firebase — phone number verification (SMS one-time codes).
Resend — sending transactional emails.
Google & Facebook — optional social sign-in.
Public blockchain (TRON) — payment confirmation; on-chain transactions are inherently public.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Data Retention

We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal/accounting obligations. Temporary data such as login attempts and expired verification codes is deleted automatically on a rolling basis.

5. Security

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes. Connections are encrypted via HTTPS. Access to administrative tools is restricted and protected by additional authentication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, or deletion of your account, by contacting us at the address below. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
